Leadership in Relationship with God

In the new millenium, leadership is redefining and refining itself very quickly. At this time, there is an immediate relationship with God that is available for integration into the details of everyday life.

It is our choice what level of relationship we have with God and the level of relationship that we choose is the key to who we are as leaders in this world.

"Indirect relationship" with God is praying to God outside yourself for help. Socioeconomically, indirect relationship with God allows entrepreneurial, middle management and middle income life opportunities because it supports an experience of God from the outside-in rather than the inside-out.

"Direct relationship" with God is channeling guidance from God personally, physically and psychically. Through this direct relationship you can complete soul karma and evolve in relationship with God. Direct relationship with God opens you to a unique opportunity in leadership that allows you to see a larger, wider perception of reality.

"God Presence on Earth" is taking ownership of who you are as God.

"Being of God" is taking full responsibility for who you are as God as an ordinary man or woman.

These choices of responsibility in relationship to God are becoming vitally important at the highest levels of business and politics.

Being a leader in the 21st century requires a relationship with God. So potent is leadership in connection with God that it is able to affect great numbers of people, whole societal structures and even nature.

In Art of God, we are looking for people with all of these various connections with God. They are needed to help move this planet into a state of unity. In the unitive state human beings are able to be partners with Mother Earth and to transform nature into a healthy, life supporting opportunity of growth for all of Earth's species and cultures.

We are looking for people with professional or life accomplishments who are willing to take responsibility for designing their lives at levels beyond what they have known by aligning their lives with God's grace, wisdom, intention and beauty.

Art of God is designed to build leaders of the 21st century and beyond. Art of God supports people to organize themselves to their highest leadership potential in alignment with their unique relationship with God. This God-leadership is imperative in order to bring balance to our Earth and to societies worldwide at this time in history.

Leadership and the Balance
of Feminine and Masculine Intelligence

Leadership in the 21st century will increasingly become a balance between feminine and masculine innate intelligence. This new balance will allow for a deep evolutionary opportunity for each person. It will also increase collective responsibility that will lead to greater communication, enhancing the authority and unity of all leadership.

When we really embrace our masculine and feminine differences as complements, we open to being whole in God. The right and left hemispheres of the brain integrate throughout the body and nervous system, grounding a higher opportunity in God. This allows God to be present on Earth directly embodied in the individual. This kind of God connection is God-directed leadership. When leaders embrace feminine and masculine unity in the world, restoration to a natural balance with earth, with multicultural and religious societies as well as world economies comes into place as an outer manifestation of this internal shift.
