Feminine Leadership
Feminine love is nurturing, while masculine love is protective and generous. Without the feminine aspect of love to balance the masculine, respect, communication and relationship become distorted. Growth ceases to be an option under these circumstances and man begins to create violence and war as viable options to conflict resolution.
At this time, the preeminence of feminine, nurturing love and the balance of respectful communication and reciprocal relationship that this love engenders, is crucial for the restoration of balance to our world.
Brooks is dedicated to the promotion, education and deepening of the prominence of women's leadership in the world. At this time in history the distortions resulting from a lack of feminine presence in the world have reached dangerous proportions. Some societies have never experienced the deep wisdom and intelligence of the feminine while in others the feminine has become lost in masculine power structures. Nature is deprived of the kind of care that is characteristic of feminine energy. Children are lacking in the unique benefits of feminine love. It is time to counter the violence that is resulting from the lack of feminine presence throughout the world.
The reinstatement of Feminine Leadership will yield higher levels of communication and advance unity between all countries.
